In the unfortunate case of a cancellation, we kindly ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance to give us enough time to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list. Last minute cancellations will be charged 25% of their scheduled service price.

If you are 15 or more minutes late for any service, we have the right to reschedule you so that this does not affect other paying clients who are arriving on time. If we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the service you missed.

If you do not show up for an appointment without notifying us 36 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. Personal checks are accepted if you have a valid credit card on file as well.

All clients must provide a card to book an appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Card on file can be changed at any time. *Your card information is private, it is on file for business purposes only*

Tips are accepted on a card, but we kindly prefer Venmo or cash.

Please, no kids allowed. In order to keep us operating on time, we will need your full attention.  Our space is far too small for unsupervised children.  We work with sharp tools and poisonous chemicals, we don’t want to risk anything.

There is street parking located on Smallman Street, and also on 24th street monitored by electronic meters. Credit cards and change is accepted. **Download the GoPghMobile App for meter payments.**  There is also a garage located on 24th street – The Cork Factory Garage. **Stay on the left side of the garage facing Smallman Street for a shorter walk to the entrance of Sola.**
